While I'm still messing about with getting my XHTML and CSS up to scratch I developed a sample website for Dentists and Orthodontists. I think I've done quite a good job with making it search engine friendly.
I have two examples.

- The "find us" page appeared top of the Google results when I searched on
google maps PO9 6DE
quite unexpected but I knew I could click on my "get directions" button - Just yesterday we had a call from someone looking for a dentist.
